Cancellation policy.

At Daylesford Myotherapy, we understand that life can be unpredictable and that plans can change. However, when you book an appointment with us, we reserve that time specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with sufficient notice so that we can offer that time to another patient in need.

Cancellation Fees

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the appointment. If you fail to show up for your appointment without any notice, you will also be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the appointment.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate you in these circumstances. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to shorten your treatment time to ensure that we remain on schedule for our other patients. In this case, you will still be charged the full cost of the appointment.

Booking Fees

We do not charge a booking fee for appointments at Daylesford Myotherapy.
